For weddings in the Destin area, there is no travel charge. For ceremonies held outside of Destin, a travel fee may apply depending on the location.

Booking your dream beach wedding with Amoré is simple and stress-free! Just follow these easy steps:

1. Review & Accept the Contract – Visit our website to review our wedding contract and provide your contact information, wedding date, location, and selected package.

2. Secure Your Date – Once you've submitted your details, click the deposit payment button to officially reserve your wedding.

3. Confirmation & Planning Begins – After receiving your information, a member of our team will reach out to confirm your booking and schedule a time to start planning your perfect beach wedding with one of our expert wedding planners.

Your beach wedding deserves to be captured beautifully, and with every Amoré Beach Wedding package, professional ceremony photography is included to preserve every special moment.

Pre/Post-Ceremony Photography Packages – Perfect for capturing getting ready moments, first looks, or romantic sunset shots after your "I do."

If your pre/post-ceremony photos are taken away from the ceremony site, a $75 travel charge may apply.

Before your wedding, our photographer will connect with you to discuss must-have shots and any special requests, ensuring your wedding album reflects your love story perfectly.

Sneak Peek Photos! – Within 7 days, we’ll share a preview of your wedding on Amoré Beach Weddings’ Facebook page for you to enjoy & share.

Final Edited Photos

Delivered via Adobe Lightroom within 30-60 days (depending on workload & season).

Need a Flash Drive? – Request a USB flash drive delivery via U.S. Mail for a $50 handling & shipping fee.

Securing your Amoré Beach Wedding is simple and stress-free! Here’s how our payment process works:

Deposit Payment 

At the time of booking, you’ll pay the deposit amount listed in your selected wedding package description. 

Once received, we will:
-Secure your beach wedding permit (if required)
-Schedule all necessary staff and vendors to bring your wedding vision to life

Final Payment 

The remaining balance, along with any additional services you add during the planning process, is due no later than 30 days before your wedding date.

Final Invoice Statement 

About two weeks before your final payment is due, you’ll receive a detailed Invoice Statement via email, outlining:

• Your chosen wedding package
• Any added services or upgrades
• Permit fees (if applicable)
• All previous payments and remaining balance

We make the payment process smooth and transparent so you can focus on what truly matters—celebrating your love!

Getting legally married in Florida is simple and stress-free! Here’s what you need to know:

Where to Get Your Marriage License
You can obtain a Florida marriage license from any courthouse in the state. If you're unsure where to go, Amoré Beach Weddings can direct you to the nearest courthouse based on your location.

• Walton County Courthouse 

31 Coastal Centre Boulevard, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459

• Okaloosa County Courthouse 

1940 Lewis Turner Blvd, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547

Bringing Your License to the Ceremony
Once you've received your marriage license:

• Bring it with you on your wedding day
• Provide it to our officiant before the ceremony
• We’ll handle the recording process for you!

After your ceremony, your license will be properly recorded and mailed to your home address within approximately two weeks.

Florida Marriage License Rules & Waiting Periods

• Non-Florida Residents – No waiting period! You can get your license in the morning and be married by sunset.
• Florida Residents – Must either:
  -Complete a pre-marital course or
  -Wait three (3) days after receiving the license before getting married

Absolutely! While Amoré Beach Weddings is not a travel agency, we’re locals who know the best places to stay—and the ones to avoid. Whether you’re looking for a luxury beachfront resort, a cozy vacation rental, or a family-friendly hotel, we can provide insider recommendations based on your style, budget, and wedding location.

We also have trusted connections in the area and are happy to share exclusive contacts to help you and your guests find the perfect accommodations.

Need guidance on where to stay? Just ask—we’re happy to help! 

Rehearsals are generally not required for Amoré Beach Weddings—our expert planning process ensures everything runs smoothly from the moment you book until the big day!

Personalized Planning: Once you book, your wedding planner will reach out to start organizing every detail.

Pre-Wedding Coordination: Both your photographer and officiant will connect with you to discuss their roles, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Day-Of Direction: Your wedding planner will also serve as your day-of onsite coordinator, guiding the bridal party, guests, and ensuring every moment unfolds beautifully.

Want a Rehearsal? If you’d like a traditional rehearsal before the ceremony, please reach out to your wedding planner for availability and pricing.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own photographer or officiant for your Amoré Beach Wedding. 

However, please note that Okaloosa County and Walton County require all paid wedding service providers to be registered as Qualified Beach Vendors.

• Any photographer or officiant you hire must be properly permitted by the county.
• They will need to provide proof of their permit to Amoré Beach Weddings before the wedding day.
• County Officials do check for permits and will stop any event, mid-event if needed, without the required permits.

They say rain on your wedding day is good luck, but when planning a beach wedding, the weather can sometimes be unpredictable. While we can’t control the forecast, we do our best to be flexible and help couples adjust if needed.

Possible Rain Plan Options:

• Relocating to a Covered Pavilion (subject to availability)
• Moving the ceremony to your reception venue or another local venue (if applicable)
• Rescheduling to another time or date (based on forecast and availability)
  

Because we work with natural elements and public beach spaces, Amoré Beach Weddings cannot guarantee any specific backup plan and refunds are not provided for inclement weather.

We always recommend keeping an open mind and a flexible attitude—our team will do everything we can to create a magical wedding, rain or shine! 

Absolutely! At Amoré Beach Weddings, we are committed to making your beach wedding experience accessible and enjoyable for all guests, including those with mobility challenges. We work with a variety of ADA-accessible beach locations along the Emerald Coast, ensuring that your ceremony and reception are both beautiful and inclusive.

ADA-Accessible Beach Wedding Locations:

-Many of our Destin, 30A, Panama City Beach, Pensacola Beach, and Navarre wedding venues feature ADA-compliant beach access points with boardwalks, ramps, and paved pathways for easy navigation.

-Several regional beach accesses in Walton, Okaloosa, and Santa Rosa counties offer wheelchair-friendly options so that all of your loved ones can comfortably attend your special day.

For bonfire receptions or pavilion celebrations, we can help you choose a location with ADA-accessible seating, restrooms, and parking to accommodate all guests.

Beach Wheelchair Rentals Available!
