With each Amore Beach Wedding package, you receive ceremony photography which lasts approximately one (1) hour to one and one-half (1.5) hours and includes no fewer than 100 photos (depending on the package purchased). The ceremony photography time starts approximately ten (10) minutes prior to the scheduled time of the ceremony and captures the wedding party's entry, the ceremony, and photographs after the ceremony until the time elapses. If you wish to purchase additional time beyond the time allotted, please discuss this with your Wedding Planner.
We also offer a Pre/Post Ceremony Packages with a variety of times of available. If you request these photos be taken at a location away from the immediate area of the wedding ceremony, a travel charge of $75 may apply. Pre/Post Ceremony photos are only available on the day of your wedding ceremony.
Prior to your ceremony date, our photographer will reach out to you and discuss the ceremony photography and any special shots you would like to have before, during or after the ceremony.
The photographer will arrive at the beach approximately 1 hour prior to your ceremony time and be onsite when the wedding party arrives.
Within seven (7) days of your wedding, we provide a few chosen photos of your wedding which we will share on our Amore Beach Weddings' Facebook page. Your Wedding Planner will alert you when these photos have been posted so you can share with your friends and family.
Normally, depending on time of year and current workload, Amore will provide the photos to you within thirty (30) to sixty (60) days after your wedding. We professionally edit each of these photos and send them to you through our photo sharing software, Adobe Lightroom. Amore will give you specific instructions on how to open, download, and share your wedding photos after receipt.
If you would like your photos sent to you on a flash drive via U.S. Mail, a $50 handling and mailing fee will apply.
When you book your Amore Beach Wedding, the deposit amount provided in the Package Description shall be paid. Upon receipt of the deposit, Amore Beach Wedding will order the beach wedding permit (if required) and also schedule each of the necessary staff members required for your wedding.
The balance and any additional services you have purchased during the planning process will be due no later than 30 days prior to your wedding. Within 2 weeks of your final balance payment being due, Amore Beach Weddings will provide an Invoice Statement to you via email which details the package purchased, any additional services, the permit fees and amounts paid to date.
Florida marriage licenses may be obtained from any courthouse in the state of Florida. After you receive your marriage license, simply bring it with you on the day of your wedding and provide it to our officiant. We will make sure the marriage license is properly recorded. You will receive your marriage license at your home address typically within 2 weeks of the ceremony.
If you are not a Florida resident, there is no waiting period (meaning you can obtain your marriage license in the morning and get married in the evening). Florida residents are required to either participate in a pre-marriage course or wait three (3) days from the time they purchased their marriage license before they can become married.
Amore Beach Weddings can direct you to the nearest courthouse to where you either reside or will be staying while visiting our area.
In Walton County, the Courthouse is located at 31 Coastal Centre Boulevard, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.
In Okaloosa County, the Courthouse is located at 1940 Lewis Turner Blvd, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547.
While Amore Beach Weddings is not a travel agent, we can offer suggestions for accommodations in the areas where we provide our services. Several of our staff members are native to the area and know most of the best places to stay as well as the places to avoid.
We also have a number of contacts in the area that we are happy to provide to our couples and their families regarding finding appropriate accommodations.
Generally we do not offer rehearsals.
Once you book your Amore Beach Wedding, our wedding planner will reach out to begin planning your service. Thereafter, both the photographer and officiant will also contact you to discuss each of their roles in the ceremony. By the time your day arrives, you will be fully apprised of the ceremony and any special services you may require.
On the day of your ceremony, the planner of your wedding will also serve as the coordinator and will direct the bridal party as planned during your prior planning sessions.
We do not object if a couple wishes to use either their own photographer or officiant.
However, in both Okaloosa County and Walton County, any service providers for the wedding ceremony or reception that is being paid a fee for their services must be permitted as a Qualified Beach Vendor with each of the counties and will be asked to provide proof of their permit to Amore Beach Weddings prior to the wedding day.
It is often said that rain on your wedding day is a sign of good luck. That may be true, but unfortunately when you are planning a beach wedding, the weather can be an issue. While we cannot guarantee the weather, we do our best to have contingency plans in case of inclement weather. Our policy generally is that we will be flexible if our couples and their family and friends will be as well.
There are several options available in the event of rain including, moving the ceremony to a covered pavilion, to the location of the reception, or rescheduling the wedding to another day or earlier in the day if the forecast dictates such a change.
However, Amore Beach Weddings cannot guarantee any of these options are viable and there is no refund in the event of inclement weather.
