Led by our Director of Wedding Design and Planning, Robin Wright, our experienced team of wedding professionals will help you plan every detail of your wedding day, ensuring a seamless and stress-free celebration.

This amazing service includes unlimited communications with our team, assistance with preparing your wedding budget, advice and assistance on selection of your venue, referral and engagement of wedding vendors, and design of your wedding ceremony and reception areas.  

$100.00 Per Hour - Billed in Blocks of 10 Hours

*Any time not used will be refunded after your wedding date.

If you only need assistance with the day of your wedding, let our team of professional Day of Coordinators handle all the stress that comes with your wedding day.   

We meet with our couples and go over all aspects of your wedding and reception.   After, we will contact each of your vendors to ensure they are ready to go on the day of your wedding.   A "Day-Of" Timeline is then prepared to be used by the Day of Coordinator on your wedding day.  The Day of Coordinator will be on site at least 10-hours on your wedding day to ensure the event is completed just as it was planned.
